  • Well if it's SOAD you're talking about, then it's really a great idea that they got Rubin since he was behind all of SOAD's releases! Although yeah, if you do look at Rubin's catalogue, he does have very eclectic tastes. To be fair though, he rarely mixes them up on a single album.

  • Hmm. I wonder if there's more than meets the eye about this. From an artist known to have fits of depression - once even running out of a concert in tears - I wouldn't be surprised if there's more to the story than simply health reasons.
